Trust and privacy

Privacy by design.

This release does not use advertising, behavioural analytics, account registration, profiling cookies, a contact database or server-side form capture.

Information you choose to send

Email and LinkedIn contact occur through those external services and are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices. Begin with a high-level description. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, regulated records or confidential evidence in an introductory message.

Local browser storage

The website may store two preferences on the device you are using:

  • hd-motion remembers whether decorative motion is paused.
  • hd-cyber-maturity-v1 remembers maturity-simulator selections and target levels.

These values are not transmitted to HD Cyber Defence by the website. They can be removed through the simulator’s clear control or your browser’s site-data settings.

Technical and security logs

The hosting provider, content-delivery infrastructure or security services may keep standard connection, error and abuse-prevention logs such as IP address, requested path, timestamp and user-agent information. These logs are controlled at the hosting layer rather than by a website profiling system.

External links

Threat Watch, guides and contact pathways link to third-party websites. Opening an external link allows that provider to receive normal connection information. External pages are not embedded into this website.

Future changes

This notice must be reviewed before introducing analytics, advertising, a CMS, online forms, accounts, payments, embedded third-party media or another service that collects personal information.
